The board of Sterling Bank Plc, will on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 meet to consider its audited financial report for the year ended December 31, 2016.
In a letter to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), dated February 17, 2017, signed by Sunny Kanabe and Justina Lewa, its Senior Counsel and Company Secretary and legal Counsel respectively, the bank said its directors would “also discuss issues relating to dividend (payment), the date and venue of the Annual General Meeting.”
