The board of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc, on Monday, announced the exitof Alhaji Auwalu Muktari with effect from Friday, October 19, 2018.
While no reason was given for the sudden exit, the board in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), by Sheila Ezeuko, its company secretary, appointed Olawale Banmore, the Managing Director of Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc, in acting capacity.
The two paragraph statement said Banmore “would also oversee the affairs of Royal Exchange Group, pending the appointment of a substantive Group Managing Director.”
