There has been a major shake-up on the top management of petroleum products marketing giant- Conoil Plc, as company announced the resignation of three executive directors.
There simultaneous resignation barely hours after Conoil announced the exit of Sanjay Mathur (Indian) as managing director.
A notice to its shareholders, stakeholders and the general public by Conrad Eberemu, the company secretary added that Bamidele Ogunnaike resigned as Executive Director, Finance; just as Abdulateef Ijaiya, the Financial Controller.
Consequently, the board of directors of Conoil Plc said it was filling the casual vacancies created by the resignations, the company announced replacements in acting capacity, subject to ratification at the annual general meeting.
While Pandey Ajay (Indian) was appointed replacement for Mathur; Akinyemi Ibrahim Akinlawon will act as Director of Finance; and Edim Aikpo was named Acting Financial Controller.
