The Federal Government, through the Minister of Finance, Budget & National Planning has approved the appointment of three additional financial institutions for the collection of fees under the Nigerian Eport Supervision Scheme (NESS).
According to a statement by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), on Friday listed them as: Coronation Merchant Bank Limited, Parallex Bank and Lotus Bank.
The statement by Dr. Williams J. Kanya, for the Director, Trade & Exchange Department, referenced TED/FEM/PUB/FPC/001/010, and dated October 6, 2023, urged all authorized dealers to “bring the information to the attention of their exporting customers.”
