M&B Offers N0.30 Dividend, Directors To Decide On Unissued Shares Ahead AGM

Ahead of the submission of its audited results for the full-year ended December 31, 2021, directors of May & Baker Plc, on Friday announced an offer of 30 kobo dividend for approval at the next annual general meeting.

According to a filing on the NGX by Adetoun Abiru (Mrs), for Marina Nominees Limited, Company Secretaries, shareholders will also at the meeting vote on whatever the board recommends “in respect to the unissued shares of the company, including, but not limited to cancellation of such unissued shares,” in compliance with the requirements of Section 124 of the Companies & Allied Matters Act, 2020 and the Companies Regulations, 2021, with respect to unissued shares of companies.

The company assured that its audited financials for the 2021 financial year-ended will be filed on, or before the deadline of March 31, 2021.
