The board of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc, on Tuesday announced a change in its shareholding structure with the transfer of its 97,453,123 ordinary shares, or 6% stake, previously held by Lufthansa Commercial Holding GmbH to fellow shareholder- Godsmart Nigeria Limited.
In a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) by Bello A. Abdullahi of Dikko & Mahmoud Solicitors, the company secretary, the transfer brings Godsmart Nigeria stake in the company to 26.95%, making it the major shareholder of the company.
