The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, announced the listing of additional 1.13bn ordinary shares of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc in favour of the Niger Delta Exploration Plc at 65 kobo each by placing.
The additional shares raises the total issued and fully paid up shares of Consolidated Hallmark from 7bn to 8.13bn ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
