The total issued and fully paid up shares of Fidelity Bank Plc traded on the Nigerian Exchange Limited, on Friday rose to 32.012bn ordinary shares from 28.974bn units of 50 kobo each.
This followed the listing of new 3.037bn units of the bank on the Daily Official List at N4.60 each, after the successful completion of its private placement
