The board of Oando Plc, on Monday expressed hope that its audited financials for the year ended December 31, 2016, would be presented through the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) before the end of today (Monday, April 3, 2017).
A statement on the website of the NSE, signed by Ayotola Jagun, the group’s Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary noted that “the board has approved the audited financial statements and we hope to be in a position to file the accounts by close of business on Monday, 03, April 2017 subject to regulatory approval.
