Directors of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, on Friday, July 26, 2019, presented its unaudited financials for the half-year ended June 30, 2019, with an offer of N2.95 interim dividend per two kobo ordinary share, from its Earnings Per Share (EPS) of N4.86.
The dividend is payable to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register at the close of business on August 8, 2019, while the register closes from August 9 to 13.
The dividend will, however, be paid electronically to shareholders on August 16, as at the closure date, following which shareholders are to complete the e-dividend registration form.
