The management of Skye Bank Plc, on Friday announced the resignation of four executive directors, whose functions are to be handed by officers of General Managers status.
The affected EDs are: Idris Yakubu, Mrs. Markie Idowu, Mrs. Abimbola Izu (former company secretary) and Bayo Sanni.
They have been replaced by Mr. Segun Opeke, who is now to oversee the Lagos Commercial Directorate; Mr. Ayo Abina, South Directorate; and Mr. Femi Aribaloye, Risk Management.
No reasons were given for the voluntary resignation of the quarter who had served in Executive Management capacity for nearly two year, following the intervention of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in the bank on July 4, 2016.
