The board of Fidelity Bank Plc, on Friday asked for a waiver for late filing of the 2018 half-year report, which it said is still being audited.
In a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) by Ezinwa Unuigboje, the Company Secretary, the bank said the financial statement “is expected to be concluded on or before September 30, 2018.”
Continuing, the statement expressed hope “that the half year audited financial statement will be made available within the stated date.”
