Justices LJ Peter Gross QC, LJ William Davis QC and LJ Neil Stephen Garham QC of the United Kingdom Court of Appeal, are set to deliver judgment in the Chief James Ibori and V Mobile case on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
A notice to this effect twitted by Lambertus de Boer, a lawyer who had followed the case from the beginning, says the ruling will be at Court 7 of the Royal Courts of Justice, Appeal Decision.
According to a letter from Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, the press and members of the public may be allowed to attend the hand down judgment for leave to appeal against conviction on request.
