The board of NewRest ASL Plc (formerly Airlines Services & Logistics) has fixed the company’s annual general meeting for May 24, wherein shareholders are to consider the 2016 audited annual report.
A statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) by the company secretary- LPC Solicitors on Thursday, explained that while the audited financials would be filed with the NSE soon, the directors would propose a dividend to those whose names appear on the register of members when its closes from May 8 to 12, 2017.
