The board of NGX Group Plc, on Wednesday said it has received formal notification from VFD Group Plc, a financial services-focused proprietary investment company, that its shareholding has crossed the 5% threshold as of February 16, 2022.

In the filing titled “notification of 5% shareholding of NGX Group Plc shares by a single shareholder- VFD Group,” Mojisola Adeola, Group Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer at NGX Group, VFD’s stake now stands at 5.17% of the issued share capital.

She said the notification formal notification was in line with the provisions of Rule 17.13 of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) (Issuers’ Rules).
