The executive management of Nigeria’s Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), on Tuesday in Lagos met with the board of NASD Plc (National Association of Securities Dealers), a Securities Exchange registered to operate a formal Over-The-Counter (OTC) market in Nigeria.
