African Alliance Stockbrokers Limited, a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has announced its resignation of membership from July 31, 2017.
In a notice dated July 24, 2017, NSE urged anyone with objection to the move to contact Mojisola Adeola, Secretary to its council via email: madeola@nse.com.ng or eiyore@nse.com or telephone: 0809-083-2054 before July 30, 2017.
No reason was offered for the resignation, just as there was no information of the decision on the company’s website: www.africanalliance.com.
