By a unanimous growth and against popular expectation by some analysts, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), on Friday ended its two-day regular meeting with members voting “unanimously to retain MPR at 13.5%.”
The committee retained the “Asymmetric corridor at +200 and -500 basis points around MPR.”
