The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange Plc, on Friday, June 14, 2019, listed the Federal Government of Nigeria’s $5.37bn Eurobonds on its platform on behalf of the country’s Debt Management Office.
The instruments consist of a triple tranche US$2.87bn and US$2.50bn dual tranche Eurobonds floated in 2018 and February 2019 for capital projects funding and refinancing of local debts.
Parties to the issue included FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd and Stanbic IBTC Capital.
