The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) says the listing of the Entire Issued 20,354,513,050 Ordinary Shares of 2 Kobo each at N90 per Share on the Premium Board of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc by introduction on Thursday, May 16, 2019, after 01:30 p.m.
The listing, the bourse said in a statement by Godstime Iwenekhai, Head, Listings Regulation Department, follows the NSE’s approval of the company’s application to list its entire shares in issue.
