Oando Directors Meet Thursday, Review Performance, 2024 Earnings, Bonus Issue

The board of Oando Plc, on scheduled a meeting for Thursday, January 30, where the directors would, among others, review the company’s performance for the fourth quarter of the 2024 financial year, as well as consider and

approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2024.

In a notice to the Investing Public through the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) portal, members of the board of Oando Plc, in a notice by Ayotola Jagun, its Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, will also deliberate on “the distribution of shares in direct proportion to existing holdings, or the cash value thereof on a record date to be duly announced pursuant to the special resolution passed at the 45th Annual General Meeting of Oando Plc held on December 17, 2024.”

Consequently, the company announced that in “compliance with the post listing requirements of Nigeria Exchange Limited for listed Companies, the Company commenced a closed period for trading in the Company’s shares on 1 January 2025.”

Accordingly, it stressed, “no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after release of the 2024 Q4 Unaudited Financial Statement and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 to NGX and the public.”
